Laboratory checks and certificates

BIRO cooperates with several indepedent and Educational Foundation Laboratories to check products’ behavior in several conditions or perform other special checks (for instance to examine chair’s audio behavior for theatres and music halls). This way it is ensured that the products comply with the high specifications of modern times or customers’ demands.

ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001

The company is certificated and applies a Quality Managment System in line with the ISO 9001 standard, an Enviromental Managment System in line with the ISO 14001 standard and a Occupation Health and Sefety Managment System in line with ISO 45001.

We design products based on custom demands for particular applications when required. This way we are able to offer solutions for standard requirements or custom needs or priorities.

As a green orientated team we promote natural materials like wool as well as natural fibber woven and recyled fabrics. The choise of the uphostery is our clients privilage among our large collection and in cooperation with the major europian fabric manufacturers.

The reduction of waste production, especially waste coming from oil based material that pollutes the environment and needs decades to degrade, should be everybody’s concern.

The renewable energy sources and their rational use, waste reduction and recycling, the preference and promotion of natural renewable materials constitute the backbone of the common sense of a global ecological conscience .

10 year warranty

BIRO’s team tests all products to ensure endurance and good operation. We are in position to provide long time warranties. Seats are covered with 10 years warranty. Upholstery, being customer’s choice, is covered by separate warranty depending on the quality of the particular material.

After sale service

Technical support is available before and after the installation of the seats. Our availability to provide spare parts and accessories even for product series that have been out of production proves not only our abilities but also our conscious attitude to our customers.
